Aiming at improving skills and knowledge in the field of youth work and later on through the implementation of gained knowledge to contribute to the improvement of skills of young people relevant to their easier involvement in the labor market, PRONI Center staff participated in training course for youth workers in the Spanish city of Puerto de la Cruz .

During the seven-day training, organized from 10 to 17 December as part of the Employability skills improved project, 11 European country representative practiced newly learned methods of working with young people, such as improvisation, story telling and spoken words.

After returning to their local community, all participants will apply the acquired knowledge in working with young people, thus contributing to the achievement of the project goals.

The project is co-funded by European Union, Erasmus+ Program – Key Action 1, Mobility of youth workers.
