Project Title: “Look around yourself”

Duration: 01 April – 31 December 2010.

The project is financially supported by the City of Osijek.

The main objective is to sensitize the public about the needs of persons with disabilities, especially young people with disabilities, acceptable forms of behavior and is necessary and possible support that can provide this group of people to more easily engage in participation in the life and work in their local communities.

The main activities are: to establish contact with existing non-governmental organizations of persons with disabilities and other preparatory activities, a tour of marginal areas of the city with the aim of finding young people with disabilities who are not involved in the work or a non-governmental organization, promotional activities, workshops for young people with disabilities and Round table.

Beneficiaries of the project NGOs of persons with disabilities, young people with disabilities and the general public.

The area of the project is the city of Osijek and suburban areas.
