From Monday, September 12th, the education ”Project Cycle Management” has started. This education attends the beneficiaries of project ”Restart”, which in partnership with the City of Vukovar and Vukovar Institute for Peace Research and Education, implements PRONI Centre. The education aims and raising knowledge level as well as train beneficiaries for preparation and implementation of various projects.
