Education for ten CES counselors has started in Vukovarsko-srijemska County. The training for first group of 5 counselors was held in Ilok from January 24th till 28th, and February 7th till 11th for the second group of 5 counselors.
The project “Step by step to the labour market” is being implemented by CES Regional office Vukovar, the main applicant, and Women association Vukovar and PRONI Centre for social education. PRONI Centre’s training team has started with the implementation of a training programme for 10 CES counselors. The training programme aims to enable the counselors with skills to provide psychological and emotional empowerment of 90 women who participate in this project.
The training programme is created for two groups of counselors. The training for first group of 5 counselors was held in Ilok from January 24th till 28th, and February 7th till 11th for the second group of 5 counselors. In February and March, the counsleors will implement the empowerment workshops with 6 groups of 90 women in total. Project activities will continue towards personal and professional capacity building, in order to enable the women to actively participate on the labour market, and to create the environment for employment and self-employment.
