Within the project „I Worth for Two“ which implementation is going in 4 Slavonian Counties, the last focus group with decision-makers, particularly with the members of Local partnerships for employment, was implemented. Focus group, as all previously implemented, aimed at defining common conclusions and recommendations for further development of voluntarism and improving of volunteers’ engagement recognition, based on results of recently implemented research with employers about voluntarism, paying special attention on raising the level of influence of voluntary work on labor market competitiveness.  Focus group, on which members of Local partnership for Employment of Pozega-Slavonia County participated, was implemented on September 07 in Pozega.

As a final activity, by the end of this month on September 25 in Osijek will be implemented Joinit Focus group with young people, decision-makers and employers from all 4 counties, aiming at defining final recommendations about validation of voluntary work and for raising the impact of volunteering on increasing the competences for easier involving of volunteers in the labor market, which will be promoted among citizens, but especially employers throughout the east Slavonia.
