Project EU minds is financed by EU, through the programme IPA INFO 2009.
Project started on 1st of December 2010 and will last till 30th of November 2011.
Overall objectives:
To increase awareness of young people and stakeholder representatives within the enlargement process leading to deeper understanding and acceptance of EU values, standards and benefits the EU will bring to Pannonian Croatia
Specific objective:
To increase the level of information and understanding of youth, stakeholder representatives and wider public in Osijek-Baranja, Vukovar-Srijem and Sisak-Moslavina Counties, by enhancing active participation in public debates, providing research and information activities, and promoting synergy and cross-sector networking, with possibilities to learn from best practice examples and exchange of experiences from EU member states.

Target groups:
- Youth, aged 16 to 19, pupils of Secondary Schools,
- Youth, aged 15 to 30, youngsters who already are or might become beneficiaries of Info-centres for youth in Osijek, Vukovar and Sisak,
- Stakeholders representatives, public institutions, CSOs, particularly youth organisations, local and regional governments and media from targeted counties
Main activities:
- Development and implementation of the research, information activities and public debates for young people, pupils of secondary schools and beneficiaries of Info-centres for youth in Osijek-Baranja , Vukovar-Srijem and Sisak-Moslavina Counties
- Implementation of Public Promotion Events in 13 towns of targeted counties
- Implementation of the Regional Conference in Osijek
- Promotional Activities – of Action activities and results, concrete benefits of EU funded projects and motivate youth participation in democratic processes
