This project is a follow up of cross-border project «Youth link».
The project will aim to increase youth participation in the civil society development, by development of sustainable and structural youth work in the municipality of Bac, Serbia.
In order to achieve main goal, specific objectives described below are aiming to:
- Support development of youth work structure in Municipality of Bac, by implementing set of capacity building programs with youth and community leaders
- Establish and enable running of Youth club in Bac
- Develop Youth club actions through non-formal education of members and leaders of established Youth club
- Develop sustainable structure for cooperation between youth and youth NGOs and local authorities in Municipality of Bac
- Transfer the experience and best-practices from PRONI Center for Social Education and Croatia in the field of youth and community work to the leaders and members of established Youth club Bac (trans-border cooperation)
Project officialy started on 1st of April 2009 and will last one year.
The funding for this project is provided by The Balkan Trust for Democracy, a project of the German Marshall Fund of the United States.
