Theory of 100 hours, designed for unemployed women – hairdressers and tailors, will be organized on Technical College Vinkovci, also implementing partner institution. After the attending of lectures, participants will take the artisans’ exam, organized as exceptional term during May, and proof their gained knowledge in front of expert commission. Those lectures, as well as all necessary literature, financially supported European Commission through program CARDS 2004 – LPE – phase 2.
