This time, the workshops led by interesting speakers and the introductory lecture by professor Berto Salaj, Ph.D., gathred over 70 participants \u2013 active individuals, representatives of civil society and local authorities from counties of osjecko-baranjska, vukovarsko-sijemska, viroviticko-podravska and brodsko-posavska.<br \/>\nThis year&#8217;s &#8221;Crowd&#8221; gave its&#8217; contribution to World development information day being held every October 24th since 1973. Programme Salter, which organised this conference, is implemeted in partnership between PRONI Centre, Volunteer centre Osijek i Project of civic democratic initiative Beli Manastir.
