Salter is a network of info-offices in Osijek, Vukovar, Pleternica and Slavonski Brod which offers information services, consulting, training and technical support to active individuals, civil initiatives, and organizations of civil society.
Technical support:

- Using the printer

- Information about civil society organizations
- information about open calls for proposals
- information about education possibilities for civil society members

Consulting and education:
- establishment and registration of civil associations (NGOs)
- administration and finance
- good practice examples
- functioning of civil initiatives
- networking and developing partnerships
- designing project ideas and preparation of project proposals
- pre-accession funds and project cycle management (EU)
- development of volunteering
- implementation of quality assurance system for non-profit organizations SOKNO
- human resource management (team work, conflict management, volunteer management, monitoring and evaluation, public relations)
This project is bing implemented by Volunteer Centre Osijek in Cooperation with Opiddum Pleternica, ILC from Slavonski Brod and PRONI Centre for Social Education.
