Another public debate with young people has been organized in Osijek, within the project EUphoria, financed by EU, through program IPA INFO 2008 .
A debate “hEUreka” was organized in cooperation with professor Zvjezdana Svalina, leader of Debate club of III. Grammar school Osijek. The thesis was: ‘By accessing EU, Croatia will not lose its national and cultural identity”
Besides professors of high schools and representatives of Osijek-Baranja Regional Development Agency, Mr. Damir Lajos and Mrs.Mirela Sudaric, also present were Mrs.Avis Benes, Manager of European Union Information Centre of the Delegation of European Union to the Republic of Croatia, as well as representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integrations Mrs.Marijana Kujundzic, Head of Department for Education of Directorate for Support to Croatia’s EU Accession Process.
