PRONI Centre organised a Socialisation event for young people with disabilities within the project “Look around yourself”. Different NGO representatives, individuals and youth with disabilities gathered with the purpose of getting to know each other, to socialise and exchange experiences. Socialisation event was held on October 26th in the premises of CES Osijek.
The youth expressed their needs, and pointed out the existing possibilities and services for the disabled in their local communities. They made concrete proposals and expressed the wish for these proposals to be forwarded to relevant decision makers in order to ensure public awareness. Youth with disabilities would like for the relevant institutions to give their contribution to facilitating the quality of their life.
