In the project “Empowerment towards equal opportunities” whose main applicant is the INFO ZONA from Split, and partners ZVONO from Belišæe, CINAZ from Zadar and ARGONAUTA from Murter, participate in total 15 NGO’s from Dalmatia and Slavonia, who wish to be engaged in high-quality information for youth. The Regional information center for youth Osijek is  coordinator of the project in Slavonia, where last week was held four events, and opened 3 new Info-points for young people.By sharing different promotional materials and conducting surveys on youth informing, following organizations presented/oppened Info-points: Ecological Association IZVOR – Jarmina, Youth Association OPPIDUM – Pleternica, Youth Association BUM – Bebrina and Association for children and youth with disabilities ZVONO – Belisce. Follows PGDI from Beli Manastir and KRIK from Slatina.

The project “Empowerment towards equal opportunities” aims to introduce NGO’s in the process of organized information and advice for young people. Project activities are focused on strengthening organizations for the establishment and management of Info-points through which the young people from the local community will have the opportunity to seek and receive information from different areas of interest.
This project is part of a larger European project called “Grassroots Europe for Local Wellbeing-“, funded by the Open Society Institute in Budapest, and in Croatia is implemented with “Forum za slobodu odgoja” from Zagreb, as the national partner.
