To mark the sixth year of operation of the Regional info-Center for youth Osijek, on October 24th was held a Forum Theatre under the theme “Charms of student life.” The play has prepared drama group of association ZAMISLI. under the expert guidance of director Mario Kovac.

Actors, mostly young people with disabilities, according to the method of Augusto Boal discusses the specific topic and the audience members are trying to reach a solution of the problem. For the guests of Info-Center for youth Osijek a group dealt with issues of student life. This is a situation in which any former, current or prospective student can find and audience so easily identified themselves with the scenes that were played out on the stage.

The audience reacted very well to the young actors and listened carefully to instructions and explanations during the play, directed by Mario Kovac. There were a lot of questions, and some brave ones personally got involved in the show, and together with the actors directly on the scene, tried to come up with a solution, showing how they would set up the situation.

This performance was only a brief presentation of what can be achieved by the principle of drama workshops, Boalovog theater of the oppressed, and how much work in such workshops can help those who participate in them. Reflecting on the solution of the problem presented in the show, we’re practicing conflict resolution in their lives.
